All domain name sales are final once the transfer process is initiated. Transactions for domain assets are facilitated through established third-party escrow services (including but not limited to Afternic, Sedo, and Atom) to ensure the safety of both parties.

3. Research Services

  • Fees: All research services are billed at a flat fee of $25 USD.
  • Payments: Payments are processed via PayPal Goods & Services.
  • Refund Policy: I offer a satisfaction guarantee. If the delivered research does not meet the initial brief provided by the client, a full refund can be requested via email and will be processed through PayPal.
  • Outcome: You are paying for professional research and market analysis. I do not guarantee that a specific domain will be available for purchase, as market conditions change rapidly.

4. Limitation of Liability

As a private broker, I provide information and consultation. I am not responsible for any business decisions made based on my research or for the technical policies of third-party domain registrars.
