All sales are final once a domain transfer has been initiated. If a transfer cannot be completed due to a fault on our part, a full refund will be issued. If a buyer requests cancellation before transfer initiation, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Payments made via Escrow.com are governed by Escrow.com's own refund and dispute resolution policies.

We warrant that we are the rightful owner of any domain offered for sale on this website and have the right to sell it. We make no warranties regarding the commercial value of any domain, its suitability for any particular purpose, or its search engine ranking potential. The buyer accepts the domain "as is."
